SHIP TIMES

I ship most orders from 2-10 days of ordering, using most economical USPS option according to weight. DHD is not a full time income for me, so I pack and ship orders according to my time-energy needs. If you need something by a specific date, please let me know in the order notes. You may have to pay extra for Priority shipping.

PAYING WITH VENMO & CASHAPP

Please use the contact form to let me know you want to pay for your order with Venmo or Cashapp. List the items you want, along with your mailing address. I'll be in touch from there. =)

PHILLY PICK-UP

If you're in the area and want to arrange an IRL pick-up, let me know here. List the items you wish to purchase and time/place you can pick-up. You come to me—I work in Old City during the day and live in West. IRL pick-up saves you on shipping & online payment processing fees because it saves me on the time & resources to pack and ship your order. If we have too many back-and-forths, too much time goes by, or our schedules just won't work, then I'll ask to ship (or cancel) your order.

REFUNDS

I WILL be able to refund you if you placed an order but I didn't mail it out yet.

I will NOT be able to refund you if I already put your order in the mail. Once it's mailed, it's in the hands of god USPS.

LOST + DAMAGED

Hit me up if you suspect your order has been lost. Before you do that, double check the address you gave me on your order receipt, because that is usually the issue. In my experience, as soon as someone emails me about their lost order, a week later their package shows up on my doorstep with a reason why it wasn't deliverable.

If your order shows up damaged, hit me up. I may ask you to send me pictures of the damage. Depending on circumstances, I might be able to send a replacement, or possibly offer a refund or something else in exchange.
